By making progress payments and engaging in any or all business with Food Carts Manufacturing and it's website, you hereby agree to below Terms of Service and below refund policies:

No Refunds. Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason.

No Refunds of Installments The payments by the Customer made for any work progress installment payments are not refundable.

All fees paid or payable by You to Food Carts Manufacturing Inc, including the fees as discussed and collect for payment progress installments and other costs and fees as provided within purchases made through this website are final and nonrefundable except in Food Carts Manufacturing’s sole and absolute discretion.

Service providers. We may share your personal information with third party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service (such as customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services). These third parties may use your personal information only as directed or authorized by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose.
